Our service department has been built and developed mostly through completed construction projects in which we service the customer during the warranty period. While developing a strong relationship with reliability and confidence, we continue to mature these relationships as our services are needed and through additional work provided.
We are not a service company for everyone; you will not even see a phone number on our service trucks. Our service trucks are not equipped for residential service work; however we do service our client’s residential needs when requested for routine service, including trouble shooting and/or minor electrical installations. Our trucks are fully equipped for commercial and light industrial applications. Our electricians are licensed and insured to assure a professional encounter with each one.
Our number one marketing strategy is through our service techs relationship development. Some of our customers include the University of Denver, AirGas Intermountain, Murray Motors Import – Bodyworks, Union Pacific, Campus Village, Factory Design Labs, St. Thomas More Catholic Church, American Academy Charter Schools, Denver Manhiem Auto Auction and many others.
We have built our company in Christian values and deal with integrity and honesty in everything we do. Some service companies build their revenues on upselling non-essential work…we will not do that! Our commitment to all Christian organizations is that with each and every service call we will give back a 10% donation to the establishment. We are also active in community work servicing non-profits including Kempe Children’s Foundation, Brent’s Place, and Project Angel Heart.
We are an on call, 24 Hour, 7 Day a week operation. Our main office number is available twenty four hours with a Tower Electric employee answering the phone. Each Tech is on twenty-four hour call and can react in a short period of time to assist your electrical needs.
